Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hrs on an average day, each order is filled as it comes in, and in the order it is placed.

Are we a real website?: Yes, we are very real. Our Headquarters is in Newport Beach, California, and we have an FDA registered production facility just minutes away in Mission Viejo, California.

What happens if my shipment is damaged?: Please keep the shipping box and email us a picture of the box and product with your order number and a brief description to christian@socalbottling.com

We need this information to be able to submit a claim to the shipping carrier to be able to help you with a refund or replacement. 

Can I pick up my order if I am local?: Unfortunately, we are not accepting will call pickups at this time due to the coronavirus. This is expected to last till 5/30/2020, and you can find updates here.

Returns / Cancelation / Replacements: Please allow up to 14 days for a return, cancelation, or replacement to be issued, we are experiencing a much hirer amount of customer service requests and are doing our best to get to everyone. 4/1/20 UPDATE* Due to the mass amount of orders we cannot cancel or modify any orders once they have been placed. All orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received in. All sales are final and are not eligible for returns or cancelations.
